8. Limitation of Liability
- UniqueHype Media shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for third-party actions, including influencer or social media platform decisions.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice if the other party breaches the terms.
- Termination before project completion may result in partial billing for work completed.
10. Modifications to Terms
UniqueHype Media reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
